The rules governing bookings, treatment, and use of this website.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the website and the booking service provided by Haya Medical Center. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are reserved for you individually. If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting the clinic. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to confirm future bookings by phone.

3. Consent and clinical decisions

All treatment is delivered on the basis of informed, written consent. No procedure begins until you have reviewed and approved a written treatment plan and cost estimate.

4. Payment

5. Emergencies

The website and automated scheduling are not appropriate channels for dental emergencies. For acute pain, trauma, or bleeding that does not resolve, please call the clinic directly during working hours or seek urgent care.

The Haya Medical Center name, logo, and website content are the property of the clinic. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
