Do I need a referral to book a first visit?
No. You can book a consultation directly online or by phone. Bring any recent imaging or previous treatment notes if you have them.
Will I see the same dentist at every visit?
Yes — in our lead dental clinic. Dr. Ismaeel Said personally handles every consultation, examination, and follow-up. The lead dental clinic is deliberately run as a single-specialist practice.
What clinics are inside Haya Medical Center?
Haya is one medical center with three specialist clinics: two dental clinics — the lead clinic led by Dr. Ismaeel Said — and one dermatology clinic.
How long is a first consultation?
Up to 45 minutes. That time includes listening to your concern, a structured clinical exam, and a written treatment plan you can take home.
Will I get a cost estimate before treatment?
Always. No procedure begins without a written, itemised quote that you have reviewed and approved.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Every confirmation email includes a one-click cancel link. You can also call or WhatsApp us at any time during working hours.
Is there parking?
Yes — reserved parking is available at the center entrance.
Can children come to Haya?
Yes. Pediatric visits are calm, short, and oriented toward familiarity before any intervention.
Are consultations available in Arabic and English?
Yes. Dr. Said consults fluently in both languages.
